The location of the property was great for exploring the nearby town of St Leonard's, and it was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. It was also a pleasant surprise to find essential items like washing up liquid, soap, toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo.

The property was in need of some maintenance and updating. The carpets were stained, the walls needed redecorating, and the lawn was overgrown, making it unusable for children.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money at this place! The rooms were spacious and comfy, and there were plenty of towels and shower rooms for all of us. Plus, the location was awesome - just a short drive to the beach and lots of fun attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.

The proximity of an Asda just 3 minutes away was an added bonus. Cons: No issues.
